The Norwegian postal service are now attempting to find out who the mystery person on the stamps is. There is a rumour that he may be a German who refereed at the Norway Cup.
The stamp will be issued to the public on April 12th and authorities hope to establish the identity of the referee before then.
Norwegian FA Centenary Farce
