Prudential Bache International managing director, Georges Vergnion, said that 'this is an exciting opportunity' for the company. He continued, 'as a result of this acquisition, new and existing customers will have access to services that were not available in the past, such as award-winning research, products and services designed to grow and protect their wealth.'

Prudential-Bache International announced Wednesday the completion of its acquisition to purchase the business and assets of Standard Chartered Grindlays Bank in Geneva.
