All Change At Schroders

Insiders expect a boardroom shake-up at investment management firm Schroders as two long-standing non-executive directors are likely to stand down.

It is believed that Sir Ralph Robins and Baron Janssen will leave as new CEO Michael Dobson seeks to make sweeping changes.

Even if the two non-executives leave the company, however, there will still be six out of nine non-executives over normal retirement age.

Dobson still has much to do.
