Actress Kathryn Gannon, who is now known as Kathryn Gilley, pleaded guilty to two conspiracy counts relating to the use of inside information provided by James McDermott Jr, with whom she had a 'romantic relationship.'
McDermott Jr is the former head of investment bank Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. He pleaded guilty to one count of securities fraud last year and was sentenced to 5 months in jail.
Ms Gannon, who is apparently known in the adult film industry as Marilyn Starr, is due to be sentenced in September and could be imprisoned for up to 5 years.
