Bulkin, who is based in London, joins Lazard from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he was a Managing Director in the Europe, Middle East and Africa M&A team.

Bulkin spent over thirteen years with Merrill Lynch and was appointed as a Managing Director in 2010.
