76 Year Old Woman Has Pen Removed From Stomach .....

As if that wasn't impressive enough in its self .... the pen STILL WRITES!

A 76-year-old woman, with a very good medical history, went to her doctor with weight loss and diarrhoea. When asked by doctors if she had eaten anything unusual, she recalled that she had unintentionally swallowed a pen 25 years ago! She had been interrogating a spot on her tonsil with the pen, she then slipped, fell and swallowed the pen by mistake. Her husband and general practitioner dismissed her story as Xrays taken at the time showed nothing unusual. After successfully removing the pen from her stomach surgeons found that the pen was still in working order!
