Committee is tasked with the strategic and operational governance of VTB Capital’s Investment Management business, one of the three main arms of VTB Capital’s business.
The VTB Capital Investment Management Executive Committee consists of a Chairman, Global Head of Portfolio Management, Global Head of Private Equity, Global Head of Venture Capital, CFO and COO. Previously Mr. Ivanter was COO of VTB Capital Investment Management. He will retain all COO responsibilities until such time as a suitable successor is appointed.
Under Vladimir Androsik, the Investment Management business increased from RUB 13.6bn in mid-2010 to RUB 79.9bn by the end of 2011, with all business lines growing faster than the market. After a year and a half of successfully leading the Investment Management business at VTB Capital, Vladimir Androsik is transferring to take a strategic leadership role within VTB Group.
