He will be based in Singapore and report to Will Britten, Asia Pacific Head of Distribution, Asset Management.
Faddy will lead the distribution of investment management services and solutions targeting sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors and third-party distribution channels in non-Japan Asia.

He joins from Barclays Capital, where he was Asia Head of Distribution for the asset management business, covering all market segments in Asia. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs JB Were, managing key account sales in the asset management business from 2004-2010. He also worked for Skandia Asset Management from 2001 to 2004 as a Senior Business Development Manager.
Credit Suisse’s Asset Management business provides strategic advice, services and products to institutional clients, drawing on its global expertise in Alternative Investments, Asset Allocation and Advisory as well as Emerging Markets. The asset management business had CHF403.4 billion of assets under management at end of Q1 2012.
