Admittedly, the target market of Generator Hostels might not line up very well with you lot. But that's OK. Here's what their survey of 554 people revealed:
- 91% were able to name the Queen
- 77% know she's married to Prince Phillip
- 9% thought Charles was her husband
- 10 people thought her name was Victoria (for real!)
- Less than half knew she was 86 years old (err, we barely did)
- Worryingly, 60% believe she rules the British Empire, 16% believe that she decides the laws, and 19 per cent that she governs the country (uh, we totally did not)
