Currently operating under five professional services brands throughout 39 countries, the group intends to grow it’s physical presence throughout Asia, the US and mainland Europe over the next 2 years and use this new London HQ as base to achieve this.
The new HQ, with capacity to seat 220 consultants will incorporate a state of the art video conferencing and media centre, as well as an in-house training suite to enable intensive training for those individuals the group is relying on to lead this overseas growth.
Phaidon Capital has already grown the Singapore office to 25 people in the first 12 months and intends to replicate this model with 6 other new offices; 2 more in Asia, 2 in the US and 2 mainland Europe.
Adam Buck, CEO, explained, 'As a group these are exciting times. In reality our brands are already providing a global solution, with over two thirds of our business outside the UK. This next step will simply cement this offering locally'.
