24 FTA participants in Moscow and 9 in London were recruited for a variety of business areas including Global Banking, Global Markets, Sales and Trading, Structuring, Research, IT and Legal. Each of the participants passed rigorous selection as there were more than 2000 applicants for the programme.
3rd and 4th grade motivated and ambitious students can take part in the programme that begins in July with the familiarization with company, its rules and procedures. In the course of program FTA will be provided with trainings – among them ‘Introduction to Investment Banking and Markets’ and ‘Development of Communicative and Presentation Skills’ among them. The programme will be concluded by the end of August when the results of every participants will be evaluated.
