In his new role Stonor will be responsible for the development of client services providing expertise in the sphere of infrastructure and transport projects to ensure sustainable growth of VTB Capital’s market share. Stonor will report directly to Riccardo Orcel, Global Head of Global Banking and CIC at VTB Capital.
Prior to joining the VTB Capital team, Stonor was the Managing Director at RBS Global Banking & Markets. Prior to this, he held senior managing positions at Macquarie Group and ABN AMRO Corporate Finance.
Stonor graduated from Charterhouse in 1990 and University of Edinburgh in 1995.
