But who actually is to blame for Liverpool's awful start to the season ?
One Liverpool fan told Here Is The City: 'Rodgers has been criticised about having no Plan B, but his Plan A was good enough to take four points from Liverpool last season. And sure he has to take some of the blame for our poor start, but it's not all down to Rodgers and his philosophy.
'Rodgers needs the support from the people who run the club - and clearly doesn't have it after Fridays joke dealings in the transfer window. And then there's the players - Suarez has been shocking as has Borini (maybe it's time to switch them and see if that's more effective). And big players like Gerrard and Reina have had horrific starts to the season. They all clearly need to pull their socks up and show that they actually want to play for the club and win matches.
'Assaidi needs to be given a chance to show what he can do, and if Johnson isn't going to realise that his first job is in defence, then maybe he needs a spell on the bench and Kelly should be given a chance.
'Three games in and the fans are starting to turn on the manager, but Liverpool had 19 shots against Arsenal at the weekend - and less than half were on target. And guess what ? Brendan Rodgers didn't kick one of them!
'Rodgers is between a rock and a hard place. Yep, he needs to mix it up a bit and learn how to play to our strengths, but his job is almost impossible without the support of the owners off the ptich, and the players on it'.
