Kerr is currently a Non-Executive Director of the brewing company, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC, where he is also the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Havelock Europa PLC and of White Stuff, the clothing retailer. Previously, he has been Managing Director, EMEA, of The Body Shop International, Managing Director of Kwik-Fit, Group Chief Executive of Park Group, Chief Executive of Virgin Retail Europe and held various senior executive roles within Storehouse PLC.
Kerr will chair the Remuneration Committee and will succeed Dr Christopher Masters as the Senior Independent Director when Dr. Masters retires at the year end.
