Ms. Landes, based inNew York, reports to Robert Fagin, Cowen’s Director of Research.

Ms. Landes’ career in consumer equity research spans over two decades. She joins Cowen from Consumer Edge, a boutique research firm, where she covered large cap retailers and branded vendors. Ms Landes brings valuable buyside experience to her role at Cowen, including senior positions at Ziff Brothers, Moore Capital and Dawson-Herman. Prior to her roles on the buyside, Ms Landes was a sellside equity analyst at Salomon Smith Barney,Thomas Weisel Partners and Sanford C. Bernstein, and was recognized as a top-ranked analyst on Institutional Investor’s All America Research Team for six straight years. She holds an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from New York University.
