The promotion follows a year of excellent results and strong growth despite a poor outlook for recruitment in the banking industry.

Tew joined Nicoll Curtin in January 2011, having previously established and grown successful banking and commercial recruitment teams, and was initially tasked with setting up the commercial contract division. The role later expanded to include the banking contract division followed by all UK permanent delivery. As Director, he will be responsible for pushing Nicoll Curtin’s performance through a period of planned expansion in the next couple of years.
