The finance specialists won ‘Recruitment Company of the Year 2012 £5m - £50m turnover’ and ‘Recruitment Company with the most Sustainable Growth’.
The winners were announced last Wednesday at the APSCo Awards for Excellence business lunch with guest speaker Baroness Kingsmill.
Selby Jennings were recognised for succeeding in a market that most companies are finding very tough – Banking, and as such beat Austin Fraser and Antal International to the post in the Recruitment Company of the Year 2012 £5m - £50m turnover category.
Not content with one award win, Selby Jennings were delighted to clinch a second award, beating NES Global Talent and Arrows Group to the Recruitment Company with the most Sustainable Growth title.
'We are over the moon to have been recognised in not one, but two categories by APSCo', said Adam Buck, CEO at Phaidon Capital.
'Understanding the drivers of our clients and empowering our staff has been incremental to our success', added Buck.
The wins couldn’t have come at a better time for the group, whose international expansion plans are well underway, with a New York office opening in January 2013.
