Roman Abramovich is surely the most impatient man in football, with Rafa Benitez the latest boss to be installed in charge of Chelsea after yet another sacking.
He joins a long list of managers to take charge during the Russian owner's tenure; Claudio Ranieri, Jose Mourinho, Avram Grant, Luiz Scolari, Guus Huddink, Carlo Ancelotti, Andre Villas-Boas, Roberto di Matteo. How many more will there be?
And you can't blame them, for the owner is not afraid to splash out on players for the team, signing up some of the world's best talent in Hazard and Oscar this summer.
It may have been a rickety ride, managed by various faces, but Chelsea fans have been able to revel in the fact they have won a several trophies over the past few years.
Three Premier League titles since 2005, One Champions League trophy, four FA Cups, and two League Cups.
Compare this to London rivals Arsenal, who after winning the 2005 FA Cup, have not won a single trophy since. Yet the patience of the Gunners' board shows no limits, they remain with Arsene Wenger in charge.
Their loyalty is admirable, and Wenger surely earned it during his first eight years at the club, winning two doubles, and going an entire league season unbeaten.
Nevertheless the last eight years have not been happy for Arsenal, who have seen their London rivals sweep up the trophies, and players like Hazard who they would have love to have signed themselves. Protests at the board AGM over selling off their best players clearly show all is not happy at the club.
Yet it isn't all bad. The club have bought well this season, with the trio of Giroud, Cazorla and Podolski among the best signings anywhere in the league. They are through to the Champions League knockout stages once again, while Chelsea look like being eliminated.
Arsenal supporters can be satisfied the club is run in a dignified manner, and not at the whim of one rich owner who shows no loyalty. Some things in football and in life, money can't buy.
Whether you feel Arsenal or Chelsea fans have the best deal, is a matter of opinion, each have pro's and con's, and both are rollercoaster rides - Let us know your views...
