Sterling has apparently agreed a five-year deal which is worth in the region of £30,000 per week. He has been one of the stand out players at the club so far this season and there was talk of him joining Manchester United.

The midfielder is on loan at the club from Real Madrid and has missed recent matches with a nose problem.
