XmasXI - The footballers with a festive ring to their name

Christmas is upon us and with that comes the inevitable #XmasXI hashtag’s floating around on the web. Footballers whose names can be leant a Christmassy meaning are suggested to make up a glorious team of footballers. While there are the obvious suggestions such as Roque SANTA Cruz, Evander SNO or NOEL Hunt; even Andy Carroll SINGERS seemed too obvious. We have purposely left those out of our little select…everyone likes a challenge right.

We have also tried to keep it current with players who are still in action leaving the likes of Mistle-Tony Adams and Ray Parlour games out of the equation.

Instead this is our team of Festive footballers managed by Wrapper Benitez. We have used a few found online on Twitter mixed in with a few of our very own for good measure.
