Fans waiting to get their hands on BioShock Infinite will have to wait till the end of February, but they can enjoy a new trailer that teases the storyline in classic Irrational style.
Taking on the style of a low-budget 1980s history class documentary, the trailer offers up a taste of what to expect.
Take a look below:
Those eager to delve into the world of Bioshock’s floating cloud city of Columbia can dive into the game’s accompanying e-book BioShock Infinite: Mind in Revolt out February 12th.
“Since we first announced BioShock Infinite, our fans have asked for more information about Columbia and the complex cast of characters that inhabit the floating city,” said Irrational Games’ writer Joe Fielder.
“After reading the e-book, players will have a better understanding of BioShock Infinite’s world, the struggle between its factions, and the motivations of key characters, like rebel leader Daisy Fitzroy, without spoiling the mysteries of BioShock Infinite.”
The book explores what happens in the spoiled utopia just before your character arrives in the game and is a result of the work of both Mr Fielder and the company’s renown creative director Ken Levine.
