• Best IPO in EMEA: MegaFon
• Most innovative bond: Development Bank of Kazakhstan
This is the fourth year in a row that VTB Capital has received EMEA Finance awards. In 2011, VTB Capital also won seven EMEA Finance awards, including - Best Investment Bank in EMEA, Best Private Equity House in CEE, Best M&A deal in EMEA, Best CHF bond, Best sterling bond, Best IPO in CEE, and Best follow-on funding in EMEA.
