Xbox 720 rumour mill SuperDaE claims his home was raided by police following his posting of an ebay auction to sell-off a Durango development kit.
The serial leaker, who shot to notoriety online after publishing photos of next-gen console's development kit last summer, put the closely guarded technology up for sale on ebay, netting AU $50,100.
It seems as if Microsoft didn't take this lying down and informed the authories on SuperDaE.
"Police raided me," he tweeted. "I find it hilarious how the warrant only really mentions 'Microsoft', 'eBay', 'Paypal'."
According to tweets, around eight police officers turned up on his doorstep with an FBI agent to boot.
Kotaku reported that SuperDaE told them that the next generation Xbox will come with a Kinect that must always be plugged in and turned on for the device to work.
Promising that the Durango Kinect will be more advanced, the site reported that it would be capable of tracking up to six people simultaneously and will be able to pick up on hand gestures and facial expressions.
Meanwhile, it's anticipated that Sony will finally lift the lid on its PlayStation 4 at an event in New York tomorrow (February 20th).
