Currys and PC World has unveiled its “Gaming Bunker”, a one-stop shop for hardcore PC gaming needs, including playable powerhouse desktops and top games at its flagship Central London store.
Playing host to 20 networked high-end custom-built PCs, gamers will get chance to try out the best that gaming has to offer, including Assassin's Creed 3, Borderlands 2, Planetside 2,League of Legends and more.
The Gaming Bunker will show off the best that PC gaming has to offer, including high-tech peripherals from Razer, TurtleBeach, Logitech and others, as well as fully programmable keyboards with built in LED screens for keys.
This is an opportunity for curious gamers to try out high-end PC gaming, which Crysis 3-maker Crytek recently praised, saying it outpaced even the next generation of consoles.
"We're incredibly excited to unveil the Gaming Bunker at our Tottenham Court Road store. The store has a great track record for hosting launches and events, so it's the perfect place for the UK's newest PC gaming destination; the most interactive space of its kind,” commented PC World executive Simon Urquhart.
"We look forward to introducing gamers to the best mice, keyboards, headsets and other essential PC gaming gear. But as well as being the best place to try out these superb products, we hope the gaming community will enjoy coming to events, launches and tournaments and get involved in making the Gaming Bunker a hub of PC gaming and eSports in the heart of London."
