With Sony set to pull the curtain on its much-anticipated PlayStation 4 tonight, reports have emerged that the console will make its way onto shelves by November this year.
According to a report by Kotaku, a reliable source has claimed knowledge of the release date, with Sony hoping to beat Microsoft to the punch when it comes to dominating Christmas 2013.
Furthermore, two models are planned for the machine, the details of which will be revealed tonight, however, what we shouldn't expect is to know the prices until later this year.
The same source said that pricing on the two machines had yet to be finalised and would be announced at the E3 expo later this year, but suggested the prices of $429 and $529 for the US.
Additionally, it was revealed that gamers might be able to control their new consoles from their mobile phones and tablets.
Planned to be fully integrated with mobile phones, owners will be able to chat with their PS4 friends and order games that will be automatically downloaded to their console via a smartphone.
