Rennes sporting director has admitted there has been a concrete offer from an English club for the international with 22 caps for Les Bleus. It is believed Spurs are the team to have made the offer for the 22 year old and hope to tie up a deal later in the week.
Whilst in the same story it is believed Arsene Wenger would consider Barcelona’s impressive winger Cristian Tello as a makeweight in any potential deal to lure Alex Song from The Emirates.
