All the news and gossip from Arsenal FC in the past 24 hours.

Arsenal have been linked with Ivorian speedster Seydou Doumbia who is currently with CSKA Moscow according to the Daily Mail. However the Russian side are playing hardball over the transfer fee varying from £16 to £26 million whilst the same story details Liverpool’s interest in Barcelona winger Cristian Tello, a reported interest for Arsenal in a potential cash plus player deal for Alex Song.

The Metro reports on Kevin Mirallas’s confirmation of talks with Arsenal. It is believed the Belgian’s agent has spoken with representatives at the Emirates about a potential move from Greek side Olympiakos. He was the Greek leagues answer to Robin Van Persie last year, winning the golden boot and player of the season accolades and he insists any deal rests purely on his clubs stance over a transfer fee.

Nicklas Bendtner insists he will not play for Arsenal next season, despite rejecting several bids from around Europe this summer. The Dane has attracted interest following an impressive Euro 2012 but has rejected moves to Turkey, Germany and Italy this summer for various untold reasons. He says he will wait for the perfect deal for him and not rush into a move, reports Goal.com.

Another unwanted striker at the Emirates is wanted by Steve Kean at Blackburn Rovers. Maraoune Chamakh is not in the plans for Arsene Wenger this season and with Blackburn losing Leon Best to injury and seemingly nowhere near a deal for Jordan Rhodes ESPN believe the Lancashire side could potentially sign the Moroccan on a 6 month loan deal.

Tottenham and Arsenal target Fernando Llorente will cost either side the price quoted in his buyout clause, £28million, according to Talksport. Athletic Bilbao representatives have announced they expect this valuation to be met before discussing a deal much to the dismay of the striker who is desperate to play in the Champions League. Juventus were the early frontrunners but do not want to pay the transfer price but Arsenal flush with money if they sell van Persie, and Tottenham getting increasingly desperate  for strikers, may both decide they want to stump up for the talented Spaniard before the transfer window is out.

The Guardian believe Arsenal will be amongst a host of top European clubs to be trumped to the signing of M’Baye Niang by Everton. In a shock swoop The Toffee’s have used a significant portion of the Jack Rodwell money to launch a bid for the highly coveted star and are now reportedly favourites to sign him from under the noses of Man City, Spurs, AC Milan and original favourites Arsenal.

Theo Walcott and Laurent Koscielny have become the latest Arsenal players to withdraw from their respective nations international friendlies this week following from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's withdrawal from the England team Walcott has followed suit whilst Koscielny has had to withdraw from the France squad. Meanwhile more rumours surround Theo Walcott and a potential move. After Chelsea, Liverpool and Southampton were previously linked Inter Milan are now reportedly interested in the England forward who is in the last year of his contract.
