QPR have joined the race for French midfielder Yann M'Vila, report The Mirror. The Rennes midfielder is wanted by both Arsenal and Tottenham, but it is claimed the R's have submitted a £6.5 million bid. The offer has been rejected but Rangers are expected to come back in with a higher offer.

The Sun also report that Harry Redknapp has flown to France in an effort to try to tie up the signing of Marseille striker Loic Remy. We wonder if he will have words with Joey Barton while he is down there?

Sir Alex Ferguson is considering dumping Spanish goalkeeper David de Gea and selling him to Real Madrid in the summer according to reports. The Mail claim Pepe Reina of Liverpool is a target along with Stoke City's highly rated Asmir Begovic.

Sky Sports report Chelsea are closing in on the signing of Metalist Kharkiv attacker Taison. A fee for the Brazilian has been agreed, but an unnamed Premier League club have thrown a spanner in the works by also entering the bidding. However Taison visited Stamford Bridge last month and is said to have agreed in principle to contract terms and this one could even be completed this week.

Highly rated Tottenham attacker Iago Falque is a loan target for a number of Championship clubs this month. Among them include Brighton, Wolves and Charlton. Falque has been particularly impressive for Spurs in the under-21 league this season and has also featured in the Capital One Cup and the Europa League.

Sunderland have agreed a fee with Turkish side Buraspor for striker Alfred N'Diaye. The fee for the French under-21 international striker is said to be £3.2 million and he will now fly over to undergo a medical.

Sam Allardyce is refusing to rule out a move which would see David Beckham sign for West Ham. Beckham was in the crowd at Upton Park on Saturday to see the Hammers take on former club Manchester United, with a number of reports over the weekend claiming the former England captain has his heart set on a return to London and have even enrolled their children at school here.

Everton are said to have set their sights on a replacement for Leighton Baines; Brazilian left-back Marcal. The 23-year-old plays for Nacional in Portugal but is also interested clubs around Europe including Hamburg, Monaco and Ajax.

And finally, The Star report Arsenal are interested in Birmingham goalkeeper Jack Butland, also erported to be a target for Liverpool, Everton and Southampton.
