HITC Sport 92 - Your club, your stories

HITC Sport 92

Some football clubs are written about every day, others get nothing more than a match report.

The purpose of HITC 92 is to change that, by writing one story about each of the 92 English league clubs between now and the end of the year.

But rather than pick the subjects myself, I am asking the supporters to pick them.

After all, you know your club better than anyone.

You know the stories that never get reported. You know the history. You know everything – both the serious and the absurd – that makes your team different from the rest.

Some New Year’s resolutions are made with the best intentions before being swiftly forgotten. But my resolution is to bring together 92 unique stories about 92 unique clubs.

And I hope that as it develops, fans read not only their own club’s story but others, too. I have a feeling we will all be surprised at what we learn.

So whichever team you support, please let me know what I should write about. And I will endeavour to write the piece that best sums up your club, in the spirit of HITC 92.

This is a project that will only work with the support of the fans. So I am asking that you promote this however you wish – be that Facebook, Twitter or good old-fashioned talking.

You can email me your ideas for stories at HITC92@live.co.uk or you can tweet me @VincentRalph1 (please use #HITCSport92 at the end of your tweet).

On 31st December 2013, this page will contain 92 articles. There will be no bias, no favour for the clubs that always make the headlines. They will all be equal.

I am looking forward to writing them. Now let me know where I should look.
