Japanese RPG debuts at number one while Hitman: HD Trilogy stalks its way to fifth.
Namco’s Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch has taken the top spot in the UK charts for the week ending February 2nd, accoridng to figures released by Chart-Track.
The Japanese RPG, developed with the help of film-makers Studio Ghibli, opened at the top spot, knocking Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 to third place, while FIFA 13 retained its strong grip on second place.
Far Cry 3 slipped one spot down to number four, while Hitman: HD Trilogy had a good first week on sale hitting the charts at number five.
Assassin's Creed III, Need for Speed: Most Wanted and Just Dance 4 were all also displaced by one place to sixth, seventh and eight respectively.
Hitman Absolution made its way up the chart by one place to number nine and Skyrim continued its steady migration down the rankings to slip one more place to tenth.
