A group of Borussia Dortmund fans went crazy signing a Shinji Kagawa chant before the club’s Champions League win over Real Madrid.
Shinji Kagawa has admitted that it’s been a frustrating season for him at Manchester United, being played out of position and not as consistently as he would have hoped following his £17 million transfer from the German giants.
While it’s massively unlikely, because he’s a quality player, there have been a couple of suggestions floating around that Dortmund could try to re-sign him in the summer, following the departure of Mario Gotze and the imminent move of Robert Lewandowski.
Based on the chants being sung by Borussia Dortmund fans before the Champions League semi-final win over Real Madrid last night, they would welcome him back with open arms.
There are few players who are so popular that they still have their names sung around stadiums and in the streets, long after they have decided to up sticks, leave a club and go of on another adventure.
Take a look;
What do you make of it?
