Montpellier president Louis Nicollin has given his blessing for Remy Cabella to move on next summer.
Remy Cabella is another emerging star of French football. One that his outspoken Montpellier president Louis Nicollin famously claimed last summer he was even worth €100 million.
He reduced that valuation dramatically earlier this month, far more realistically claiming 17 million offer would do the trick.
Now Nicollin has been talking again about the playmaker's future, encouraging a transfer this summer, with Arsenal and Manchester United both previously linked.
He told le10sport: "There was a strong interest of Marseille last summer, but I wanted to keep. I welcome the attitude of Remy who has never opened his mouth, who understood our position. He's a great player, there will be opportunities for him next summer."
Cabella, 23, simply needs to continue performing to demonstrate just why the Premier League's top sides should continue to show an interest.
He has five goals and four assists in 12 games this season in Ligue 1, halfway already to matching the nine goals and nine assists he made last season for Montpellier.
