The Italians have been linked with a move for Demba Ba in the upcoming transfer window.
Tutto Mercato state that the Giuseppe Meazza outfit have already made contact with the west London club over the possibility of Ba leaving England in the new year.
With both Diego Milito and Mauro Icardi injured at the moment, a new centre forward is high up Walter Mazzarri’s wishlist, and with a new owner at the helm a significant amount of expenditure is expected in January.
Ba has only started two Premier League games this term, and is seemingly Jose Mourinho’s third-choice striker behind Fernando Torres and Samuel Eto’o.
Ba was introduced as a late substitute in Chelsea’s 2-1 win over Crystal Palace on Saturday, but did not have enough time to make an impression.
Whether the Blues would consider allowing Ba to leave or not will most likely depend on their ability to source a replacement in the window.
Should Chelsea consider selling Ba?
