Bank of America's head of equities sales for the Americas Michael J. Lynch was replaced by Miceal Chamberlain and Edouard Matitia-Cohen as global equities chief Fabrizio Gallo shakes up the team, said two people with direct knowledge of the move.

Bloomberg News reports that Lynch, who had the role since 2011 and reported to global equities distribution head Soofian Zuberi, is joining the bank’s global markets senior relationship management team, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the changes aren’t public.

In the meantime, Bloomberg also reports that Goldman Sachs made two senior appointments for its global commodities and metals businesses, said a person with knowledge of the matter.

Charles McGarraugh, currently head of European mortgage-product trading, was named global head of metals trading, said the person, who asked not to be identified because the information is private. Don Casturo, currently head of commodities investor products, has been appointed chief operating officer of global commodities.
