Here is how Stoke City and West Ham United will line-up for this afternoon’s match.

Subs: Jarvis, Armero, Taylor, Collins, Jaaskelainen, C.Cole, J.Cole

Midtable sides Stoke and West Ham will look to pull themselves further clear of the drop zone in today's game at the Britannia Stadium.

Both teams are currently six points clear of the relegation zone, and a win today for either side will put them in a more comfortable position - whilst also dragging their opponents one step nearer to trouble.

Stoke are without defender Robert Huth, who has been sidelined for the rest of the season, but have lost just one of their last six league games, which was a narrow 1-0 defeat to Manchester City.

The Potters have been outstanding at home this season under Mark Hughes, losing just twice at the Britannia Stadium and picking up a staggering 24 of their 31 points on their home patch.

Meanwhile West Ham have been in fine form of late, and have lost just one of their last eight games in a run that has seen them catapult up the table and away from danger, but their four game winning streak was broken by a 1-0 defeat at Everton a fortnight ago.

With Stoke's great home form and West Ham's upturn in results, this should be a close encounter between two sides who are edging ever closer to Premier League safety.
