Roberto Donadoni's Parma vanquished AC Milan 4-2 at San Siro to strengthen their bid for Europa League football and the ex-Italy boss may be a target for bigger clubs in the summer.
It has been a fantastic season for Parma who started the campaign simply aiming for Serie A survival but are now dreaming of European football.
The Ducali pulled off another masterpiece as they beat Milan away from home despite throwing away a 2-0 lead.
Parma have been inspired by the excellent form of Antonio Cassano and Donadoni has managed to bring the best out of the notoriously volatile hitman.
Speaking in the aftermath of Parma's triumph, club owner Tommaso Ghirardi insisted that he wants to keep hold of Donadoni but admitted that he may struggle if a big offer comes in.
"Donadoni is our guiding spirit and has helped the team grow on a technical and human level. He has brought great stability.
"If it were up to me I would give him a contract for another four or five years but you can't tape up the wings of such a great Italian coach.
"I will do everything I can to keep hold of him but if an offer comes in from a big club we will have to consider it."
Is Roberto Donadoni the best coach in Italy at the moment?
