Arsenal star believes the dominance of the win will give them the boost needed for the final month.
Arsenal's record signing Mesut Ozil says he believes the club's 3-0 win away to Hull will give the club the confidence required to perform to their highest level until the end of the season.
As well as Ozil's comeback, Aaron Ramsey was back to his dominant best, with Lukas Podolski showing how lethal his finishing ability is.
There were plenty of reasons to be positive, and with the FA Cup against the same opponents in a month's time, the manner of the victory will give the Gunners a real injection of confidence ahead of the win.
Manager Arsene Wenger agrees that the team are on the up, telling Arsenal.com: "The disappointing result we had at Everton had a big bearing and you could see that in the Wigan game. Once we got through that, against West Ham you could see a different team, today you could see a different team."
With comfortable fixtures ahead against Newcastle, West Brom and Norwich, and their key players back, there's a real chance for Arsenal to start rattling in the goals and begin controlling teams again as they did at the weekend.
If they come through that, perhaps their biggest danger come the FA Cup Final will be over-confidence.
Is it all plain sailing from here for Arsenal or do you foresee a slip up?
