Yacine Brahimi could be on his way to the Premier League this summer.

Reports this morning have suggested that Granada midfielder Yacine Brahimi is being tracked by a host of clubs - including a couple from the Premier League.

Brahimi, who is currently away on international duty with Algeria, is said to be wanted by the likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Everton.

Mauricio Pochettino has just taken over at Tottenham Hotspur. He has also reportedly vowed not to sign any of his former Southampton players for Spurs. With that in mind he must look externally to bring in players who can play to his mindset and game-plan.

Everton on the other hand are simply looking for a replacement for Gerard Deulofeu. The flying Spaniard has returned to Barcelona at the end of his current loan deal and is not expected to return. Brahimi would represent a good replacement for one of last season's revelations.

What they would be getting is a player who himself is coming off the back of a top campaign. He scored three and assisted four goals last campaign - but in truth it is his sensational dribbling skills that set him apart from the rest of the Granada team - he might even be one of the best in La Liga when it comes to ball control.

And the good news is negotiations could be very short for his services.

Brahimi has a release clause in his current deal believed to be worth €15 million and if Spurs or Everton cannot be bothered with negotiation. One club desperately trying to squeeze as much money out of the other for their big talent, they can bypass that.

One bid of €15 million and he is theirs to try and talk around this summer. Is he worth that much? It is probably an inflated price-tag, but to get past the small-talk it might be worth the extra couple of million.

Is Brahimi worth this much?
