After winning the World Cup on Sunday, Germany are set to receive 24 pairs of 24-carat gold Beats headphones.

The German national football team are being showered with gold at the moment: golden World Cup winners medals, gold World Cup trophy and now golden Beats by Dre headphones.

In celebration of the their first World Cup win since 1990, Beats has created the golden headphones exclusively for the German side.

They won't be solid gold though unfortunately, instead they are dipped in high quality 24-carat gold to give them a plated look.

24 pairs of the exclusive headphones will be created, one for each of the 23-man German squad plus a pair for Joachim Löw himself.

English Supermodel Naomi Campbell has teamed up with Beats and fashion photographer Ian Rankin to create a promo video for the launch of the golden Beats by Dre.

She said: “Working on the Golden project with Beats by Dr. Dre was so much fun.

“The shoot was loud and energetic… I even got to practice my football skills! This was the first time I’ve had the chance to work with the legendary Rankin, so it was a dream shoot.

“The Golden project is the perfect way to celebrate the German victory and I'm glad to be a part of this campaign.”

It's the second promotional campaign Beats has done at this World Cup after their "The Game Before The Game” video featured football stars such as Neymar, Mario Gotze and Luis Suarez.
