Liverpool are thought to be in pole position to sign the 18-year-old now according to The Daily Express. Alli made 37 appearances for Karl Robinson's side last season scoring seven goals and another youngster to have broken through at the club is Brendan Galloway.
The Zimbabwe born 18-year-old made his debut for the club at just 15 becoming their youngest ever player in the process. He has since made 16 further appearances for the club and has also represented England at youth level up to the Under-19's.
According to the Daily Express, Galloway has asked MK Dons to allow him to move on amid Premier League interest and they could be set for a decent fee if Everton can get their hands on him. A move to Goodison Park will be a great career move for Galloway who can play in defence or midfield. The club has a great track record of bringing players through into the first team.
Currently Seamus Coleman and Ross Barkley are two of Everton's brightest talents and they are already established key players in the team. Leon Osman and Tony Hibbert remain one-club men having played over 700 games between them for the club.
Are moves to Everton and Liverpool the right choices for Galloway and Alli?
