Nathaniel Chalobah says he is thrilled to be training alongside new Chelsea signing Cesc Fabregas.
Chelsea youngster Nathaniel Chalobah has expressed of his pleasure at being able to train alongside Cesc Fabregas.
Last season, the England youth international was playing on loan at Nottingha Forest and Middlesbrough, while Fabregas was starring for Barcelona.
Now the 19-year-old has a chance to test himself against the best as they train together at the club's pre-season training camp in Austria.
Chalobah had a tricky season last year, failing to live up to high expectations he set in the Championship with Watford in 2012/13.
The Forest loan was a disaster, failing to win a regular spot, the subsequent loan to Middlesbrough was about restoring his confidence.
His next move will be a crucial one, unless he can show Jose Mourinho during pre-season he deserves to stay and be handed a chance this coming year at Chelsea.
If not, the experience of playing and training alongside Cesc for a few weeks can act as inspiration for him to kick on, and may be even pick up a trick or two along the way.
What does the future hold for Chalobah this season?
