Harvey Nash has announced that Jefferies, a global investment banking firm, selected Harvey Nash to deliver infrastructure end-user support to the company’s global operations in multiple locations across North America, Europe and Asia.
During the five and a half year engagement, Harvey Nash will provide tier 1 and tier 2 desk-side support to Jefferies’ workforce of 3,800 employees located in more than 30 cities across the globe, including New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo.

The outsourcing engagement with Jefferies became fully operational in December 2013, following a six-month seamless transition in which all Jefferies employees formerly providing desk-side support transferred to Harvey Nash. Harvey Nash maintained almost 100 percent retention through the process.
