New Assassin’s Creed Unity vid explores the new game engine

Ubisoft have released a new video that gives a tour of the new game engine and promises a ‘truly immersive experience’.

In the latest Assassin’s Creed Unity video to hit the internet, Alex Amancio, Creative Director for the game, talks us through the various aspects of the world and how it differs from previous Assassin’s Creed games.

The new Anvil engine looks incredible, and Alex shows us the environments, including Notre-Dame de Paris which took an entire year to design. The motion capture on the characters’ faces, huge crowds of ‘free-thinking’ NPCs, and the ‘new breed of master assassin’ are also shown. Check out the video below.

Assassin's Creed Unity is due for release on 28th October 2014 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
