Perez suggests Real will give key players every chance of sealing exits

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United could all benefit following comments from Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has suggested that the club will give all players linked with Bernabeu exits the chance to seal moves before the end of the transfer window.

Real have done a lot of their business in terms of incomings up front with the arrivals of Toni Kroos from Bayern Munich and James Rodriguez from AS Monaco.

They’ve done the logical thing of signing replacements for players who have been linked with exits and the Real chief has said the club will work in the transfer market until the very last day.

“We have to be in a position to challenge when the action gets underway. There's always a chance of something happening up to the last day, in terms of both signings and sales,” he’s quoted by Marca.

Several high profile Real Madrid players have been linked with exits this summer and the sides interested in them should hold genuine hope of getting deals done.

Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have both been linked with swoops for Angel Di Maria, who has seen his place in the side jeopardised by a deal for Rodriguez.

Iker Casillas has also been linked with an exit, with Arsenal among the clubs thought to be interested.

Keylor Navas has been linked with coming into Real Madrid and that would pave the way for Casillas to head off to North London or to any side willing to try and do a deal for him.

Sami Khedira has also been linked with Arsenal with reports claiming that at one point a deal had been agreed between the two clubs.

The sale of Mesut Ozil on the final day of the transfer window last summer proved that Real Madrid are both capable of and willing to do big deals at the last minute for even the highest profile players.

Therefore, recent reports of potential bids from Chelsea and Manchester United for a player like Raphael Varane could come off if there is weight behind the offers which are made to the club.

Ideally Carlo Ancelotti would want the club’s main transfer business wrapped up before the final couple of days of the transfer window, but it offers real hope for sides to sign Los Blancos players.
