Here is how Hull City will line up for their pre-season friendly against Barnsley…
Hull City starting XI: Harper, Rosenior, Elmohamady, Chester, McShane, Ince, Huddlestone, Long, Snodgrass, Livermore, Aluko
Subs: Jakupovic, Brady, Boyd, Quinn, Dudgeon, Sagbo, Townsend
Hull City continue their pre-season preparations with a match against Barnsley on Saturday afternoon.
The match is their fourth and final game as Steve Bruce prepares for the new Premier League campaign.
Hull have so far played North Ferriby United, Harrogate Town and York City, drawing the first and winning the next two.
It has been a relatively impressive build-up with most of the Tigers’ frontmen getting on the score-sheet and Robbie Brady finding his shooting boots as the new season approaches.
Despite the recent arrival of Tom Ince, Bruce is likely to make further additions in the coming weeks. And he will need to, given the strength in the top flight and the impressive transfer business of a number of Hull’s closest rivals.
