Paul Pogba's agent reveals his client has two options

Juventus 2

A summer-long speculated target for Chelsea, £60m-rated Juventus midfielder has two options according to his representative.

According to Mino Raiola, the football agent who represents coveted midfielder Paul Pogba, his client has two options - but neither one concerns reportedly interested Premier League side Chelsea.

The West London Blues were alleged to have been intrigued by the defensive-minded midfielder - who attempted 84 tackles in Serie A competition last season - and were believed to be tempted into making a summer bid for the player in order to complete a new-look midfield trio that would consist of himself, Nemanja Matic and the more creative Francesc Fabregas.

However, since reports Pogba was valued at £60 million by parent club Juventus surfaced, Chelsea's interest has seemingly cooled.

Commenting on Pogba's contractual situation in Turin, Raiola said, as reported Gazzetta dello Sport: "I’ve not spoken yet with [sporting director Giuseppe] Marotta and I’ve no plans to meet him in the near future.

"Anything is possible for Paul - he could remain at Juve without renewing his contract or it is also possible that he could decide to sign an extension before the start of the new Italian season."

Pogba is currently tied to the Bianconeri until 2016 and it is speculated that he currently earns €50,000 per week.
