Microsoft to host Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare multiplayer reveal

Cod Advanced Warfare

You can get a first look at the Advanced Warfare multiplayer on 11th August.

Just before Gamescom lands, Microsoft will be hosting a reveal of the multiplayer coming up in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

The reveal will take place on 11th August at 6pm in the UK (see video below for other regional times)

We heard recently about some of the new tech coming to Advanced Warfare, with new toys such as the exoskeleton showing some potential to reshape the CoD multiplayer.

Speaking to Metro in June, Sledgehammer devs noted that the Advanced Warfare multiplayer would take, “a big step forward,” also saying at the time, “the exoskeletons are definitely in there and that’s the core of the game.”

Given that the exoskeleton will give you super-jumps and fast run speeds along with cloaking and slo-mo abilities, there certainly seems to be some interesting new mechanics to try out with CoD’s otherwise unerring multiplayer.

We’ll have more following the reveal.
