Chelsea legend showed he still seeks to catch up on his team.
Ashley Cole may be gone from Chelsea, but he still cares enough about his old side to keep a check on them.
He posted a photo on his Twitter feed showing how he watched the club on his laptop, ahead of Roma's friendly match with Fenerbahce on Tuesday night.
Cole said at the weekend he found it 'weird' watching the Premier League and not being a part of it, having been a regular in England's top flight since making his debut with Arsenal in 1999.
For the Englishman a new challenge awaits. He is part of a Roma side battling to win the Serie A title from reigning champions Juventus, and should be commended for taking the chance to test himself in Italy.
Another excellent performance from Cesar Azpilicueta at left-back showed Chelsea coped just fine in his absence, and last night was probably more a case of Cole missing his old side rather than vice versa.
Will Cole be a success at Roma?
