New Manchester United signing Marcos Rojo stands a great chance of going straight into the side for the trip to Sunderland after he was pictured in his first training session with the club.
Rojo worked with boss Louis van Gaal during the session and also chatted with new United captain Wayne Rooney as he got to know his teammates.
Rojo completed his move to United yesterday which gives manager LvG much needed options in defence with winger Nani heading in the other direction on a season long loan deal.
Rojo could start against Sunderland in the left wing-back role or he could tuck into the back three on the left hand side.
He was a regular in the Argentina squad which reached the World Cup final and it’s encouraging for United fans that he seems eager to hit the ground running in his United career, already working hard at his new club.
Do you think Rojo will go straight into the United side this weekend?
