A round up of transfer stories this morning about Tottenham Hotspur.

The Daily Star claims Tottenham are ready to move for QPR striker Loic Remy.

The £11 million rated Frenchman was close to a move to Liverpool earlier this summer before he failed his medical.

The paper claims that a bid has already been prepared for the forward.

Italian newspaper GdS claims Tottenham’s Franco Baldini had dinner with AS Roma chief Walter Sabatini.

The point of the meeting was reportedly to discuss transfer plans between the two clubs.

Spurs have been linked with possible moves for striker Mattia Destro and defender Mehdi Benatia.

The agent of Sevilla star Federico Fazio has reportedly cancelled a meeting over new contract talks for his client.

Spurs are thought to be interested in a move for the 27-year-old defender as AS Roma line up a move for Vlad Chiriches.

Spanish newspaper Marca claims Fazio’s agent cancelled the meeting earlier this week, suggesting Spurs have been interested for some time.
